Mall-specific parking apps are rare, making it hard to design a seamless, one-flow remote parking experience. We needed to explore practical technologies and existing solutions to make the process intuitive and visualized.
Solutions
Through research, we identified technologies like RFID and parking barriers and integrated them into the app’s system flow, creating a smooth, intuitive, and functional parking experience.
